导出Excel一般是用XML构造的，出现上述的错误一般是XML出现非法结构造成的，根据错误提示，打开C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.MSO，找到错误日志，据提示右键excel文件进行XML的修改。
